What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Standard shipping for small decor items takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days as we use specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping for home goods?
Currently, RISOTTO ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and towels cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is a core value at RISOTTO. All our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber, ensuring that the materials are harvested from responsibly managed forests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger home investments, we also offer interest-free financing through Affirm and Klarna.
